As a Private Caterer in Jersey, Classic Catering provides an Exclusive Catering Service to Private and Corporate Clients across Jersey. Ken Snarey is our Executive Head Chef with lots of experience and has catered for individual Private Functions from Dinner Parties to Corporate Parties. Ken is very passionate about food and in 2005 he achieved a Highly Commended award from the City & Guilds of London Institute.  This is a National award only given to students who achieve very high standards in the Hospitality & Catering industry. Ken also writes for Channel Television's food channel.
