- Ken Snarey is our Executive Head Chef with lots of experience and has catered for individual Private Functions from Dinner Parties to Corporate Parties.
- Ken is very passionate about food and in 2005 he achieved a Highly Commended award from the City & Guilds of London Institute. This is a National award only given to students who achieve very high standards in the Hospitality & Catering industry.
